How it works...
      The whole process is simple and easy - in just four easy stages:
          Stage 1) An initial deposit of $1,000 will be charged to commence the job.
          Stage 2) A sketch of the house design will be emailed to you matching your
                        requirements (based on the form you complete above).
          Stage 3) You give us feedback on the sketches and then will be updated to suit
                        additional changes or personal requests you may have.
          Stage 4) Prior to handing over the drawing, you will be charged the remaining
                        payment. Then the council drawing would then be prepared and sent to
                        you after all details are finalised.

We offer ongoing support even after you have received your council drawings. Once you have submitted the drawings to the council... If a request for changes come back from the council, you can email us the details and we will amend the drawings accordingly. As a FREE BONUS we'll give you three 10 minute calls with our architects, so you have no need to worry about communicating your ideas across clearly.
